How do I care for my handmade bag?
A:
I recommend gentle cleaning and storage away from direct sunlight to maintain its quality.
Cork can be cleaned with a baby wipe or a damp cloth with mild soap.
Cotton Fabric: Spot clean with mild soap and water as needed. Some fabrics may be sprayed with Scotch Guard occasionally to extend the life, and also spot cleaned as needed.
Faux leather and vinyl: Use a damp cloth, baby wipe or small alcohol wipe. Always test a small area first as each fabric is produced differently. Avoid harsh chemicals on all materials.
For all materials, avoid harsh chemicals. Always be sure to test on a small inconspicuous area first.

What is your return policy?

Only if defective upon receipt. Please inspect your item(s) and reach out within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned in original unused condition.
